When you feel tense or stressed, what do you do to relax?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 28, 2009:
I always take a nice warm bath to release tension in my shoulders. Bathes not only soothe your body but they really do help you relax. I also like to pick up a good book while im at it so i can become entranced in a new world, idea, or thought. It's a nice way to lose yourself.
